Our room was top quality and had a mini-fridge-bar, air conditioner and an electronic key card. Beds were extremely comfy. Location: the hotel was really close to Corso Buenos Aires, shops and supermarket and Milan cathedral. The services were GOOD, offered us fast Wi-Fi.

The location is great and good, close to the central station. The employees are welcoming and amiable.

The cleanliness of the room was outstanding, everything seemed brand new and spotless. I really enjoyed the fact that the room had a fridge/minibar, which was a great addition. The hotel's free WiFi was fast enough to stream Netflix and Spotify, and the front desk staff were knowledgeable and patient to address my queries. The hotel's location was perfect, being walkable to many attractions such as the Duomo and Scala, and there were many food and shopping options on the same street as the hotel. It was also close to both the metro and central train station, making transportation super convenient. Additionally, I was able to store my bag at the hotel before departing on an evening flight.

Had an amazing Xmas stay at this hotel! The welcoming staff made everything so easy for us, and the check-in process was quick and hassle-free. Just a short walk away from the shopping district and some amazing food places, while also being close to the train station and transportation hubs.

That there wasn't any hot water kettle or coffee machine in the room. Apart from that everything was perfect.
